You can also assemble your very own ballot using the Unofficial Lehigh County Ballot. Candidates in that PDF are listed in the following order:
- Statewide Candidates
- County-wide Candidates
- City, Borough, Township Candidates (you will fit in just one of these; places are listed alphabetically)
- Cities elect 3 Council Members and 1 Controller or Treasurer
- Boroughs elect 3-4 Council Members (Fountain Hill also elects a Mayor)
- Townships elect 1 Supervisor or 1-3 Commissioners. Most also elect 1 Auditor (unless they are a 1st Class Township). There will be additional candidates in these positions if a mid-term vacancy occurred. Whitehall elects a mayor.
- School Director (districts are listed alphabetically)
- Magisterial District Judge (numeric order by district -- only the following areas elect Magisterial District Judges this year:
- Cities: Allentown wards 12, 14, 15, 16, 19; Bethlehem
- Boroughs: All except Coplay and Coopersburg
- Townships: All except Lower Milford; North Whitehall; South Whitehall; Upper Saucon; and Whitehall.
There are many openings left for candidates (that means no one filed a petition). The only qualification for these openings is that you are a resident in the district and a qualified voter. That means many elections may come down to one write-in vote. Be sure to take a look and consider if you'd like to write-in someone's name.
Conservative voters in Chester County can look at some bonus information from the Chester County Action. They have an excellent survey with responses from local candidates on issues of interest to conservative voters.
